Fees and Deadlines

Team fee:

Women’s Masters Division (2 days): 350€

All other Divisions: 500€

Players fee:

Women’s Masters Division (2 days): 40€

All other Divisions: 55€

Guest fee:

Women’s Masters Division (2 days): 40€

All other Divisions: 55€

We define "guest" a member of the staff who gets accreditation, and can access the player's areas and access the party and side events.

Spectators will have no fee.

Fees include all playing costs and party on Saturday

Player fees will include event accreditation, field and roster access for play, access to all player zones, meeting, party access. They can access the podium to receive medals.

Non-playing team support (NPTS) fees are for people travelling and associated with the team (coaches, medics, support, admin and guests) but are not taking the field to play. They will receive the same benefits as a player but will not be on any roster or entitled to play.

Spectators are non-accredited individuals who cannot participate with the team or participate in any event or team function and will be treated as spectators.

EVENT Canellation Policy

Should the event need to be cancelled (i.e. due to natural catostrophy or for safety and security reasons ), the following cancellation terms will apply to all event fee payments;

  • Cancellation announced before Jun 30th

    • 100% of the team fees and player’s fees collected will be returned.

  • Cancellation announced between 1st and 31st Jul

    • 75% of team fees and 100% player’s fees

  • Cancellation announced between 1st and 30th Aug

    • 25% of team fees

    • 50% of players fees collected will be returned.

Timeline & key milestones:

  • Pre-registration deadline: Fri 10th May 2024

  • Latest communication of event venue: Wed 15th May

  • Bids offered: Mon 17th May

  • Team fee payment - 500€: Fri 31st May

  • Confirmation of participants and division: Mon 3rd Jun

  • 14 player’s fees payment: Wednesday July 10th Fri 28th Jun

  • Final roster and Food Order Deadline: Wed. July 31st Fri 19th Jul

  • Final players fee payments: Wed. Aug. 14th Fri 2nd Aug

  • After July 31st: no refunds for players fees, swapping players due to injury/illness is allowed. 

  • Late admin fee surcharge:
    Any changes to roster numbers after July 31st will incur a one-off €50 admin charge

Team cancellation policy

If teams miss the payment deadline for the team fee, they forfeit their guaranteed spot. EUF will decide on a case-by-case basis whether a spot can be offered after the deadline.

In case teams miss the payment deadlines, we will add an extra admin cost of €50 per week. The payments need to be on the EUF account by the deadline date, therefore we please ask you to account for bank delays and payment transfer time. If teams were not able to provide payments until the start of the tournament the Tournament Rules Group (TRG) will decide on the sanctions for the tournament.

This section focuses on the cases where teams need to cancel on their own:

  • Cancellation announced until 3rd Jun

    • 100% of Team Fees collected will be returned

  • Cancellation announced between 4th and 30th Jun

    • 0% of team fees collected will be returned

  • Cancellation announced between 1st and 31th Jul

    • 0% of team fees collected will be returned

    • Players fee can be transferred to another player or 50% refund in case of cancellation

  • Cancellation announced between 1st and 30th Aug

    • 0% of team fees collected will be returned

    • Players fee can be transferred to another player or 0% refund in case of cancellation

  • In case of injury/illness, EUF and the TOC will review on a case by case basis and require some documented evidence to support the claim.
