EMUCC will be a three (3) day tournament from Friday, Aug. 30th to Sunday, Sept. 1st.
The Masters Women’s Division will start on Saturday Aug. 31st.

The Captain and SOTG-captain for each team must subscribe to the WhatsApp group to stay up to date with tournament information.

This group will be the primary channel for quick communications and questions/answers throughout the tournament.

The Finals Day will be Sunday, September 1st, with the Medal Ceremonies taking place immediately after each final. The Closing Ceremony will take place at the end of the last final of the Championship.

Should weather cause play to be delayed, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly to ensure the finals are played as scheduled.

Formats

Masters Women

4 Teams playing Round Robin. Cross overs and placements

5 games of 70’ per team

Master Mixed

9 Teams playing in 3 Pools of 3 Round Robin

Top2 teams per pool build 2 power pools of 3, while the 3rd placed in pool build an own pool.

Top2 of the power pools advance to semis and then placements. The last team of each power pool and the top2 of the bottom pool, cross to enter the game for 5th place. The losers of these crossovers play an additional game against the last team in the bottom pool, to give each team 6 games, building a pseudo-pool of 3, although the game between the losers of the crossovers will not be played and considered a draw in order to build a pool ranking.

12 Teams playing in 4 pools of 3.

Pool winners advance to Quartes, while 2nd and 3rd play pre-quarters

Quarters, Semis and Placements for the Top8 Bracket, while the placements for 9-12 will be determined in a lower pool playing round robin.

Grand Masters Open

6 Teams playing Round Robin. Then a last placement game
